Yum. This is a totally indulgent breakfast, so much so that I felt like I was cheating on something. What that would be I’m not really sure, maybe yogurt? Sorry yogurt. If I make this again I would like to add some more veggies & I would also use less soy sauce, 1/4 cup or so. I have been snacking on this all day and it’s totally delicious. I am planning a Nigella style late night fridge visit to finish it off!
